الملخص
الملخص: المخطوطات هي الوعاء المعرفي للعلوم والدراسات والأبحاث والأفكار المنتجة في مراحل تاريخية سابقة، لكن الزمن الفلكي الذي برزت فيه إلى مخبر التاريخ انسحب إلا أن الزمن الاجتماعي ما زال في حاجة إليها بهدف تحليلها وإعادة تركيبها لتحويلها إلى طاقة معرفية فاعلة في انتاج الحلول لكثير من المشاكل المطروحة، من هذا المنطلق ارتأينا العكوف على تحليل محتوى المخطوطات الخطابية للعلامة سي عطية مسعودي، ولعل هذه المخطوطات الخطابية نادرة الوجود. Abstract Manuscripts are the knowledge base for science, studies, research and ideas produced in previous historical stages, but the astronomical time in which they emerged to the laboratory of history has withdrawn, but social time still needs it in order to analyze and reconstruct it to transform it into an effective cognitive power in producing solutions to many of the problems at hand. From this standpoint, we decided to devote ourselves to analyzing the content of the rhetorical manuscripts of the scholar Si Attia Masoudi, and perhaps these rhetorical manuscripts are rare.
