الملخص

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واحدة من أهم الوظائف الإدارية التي تمارسها الإدارة وهي الرقابة الإدارية، وتوضيح الدور الهام الذي تلعبه في تحقيق أهداف المنظمات من خلال التعرف على مفهومها، أساليبها ووسائلها، مراحلها وخطواتها وتحليل مهامها واختصاصاتها، بالإضافة إلى مجالات استخدامها، وذكر أهميتها وأهدافها، وشروط النظام الرقابي الجيد وعلاقتها مع باقي الوظائف الإدارية الأخرى من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه وتنسيق. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقابة الإدارية Résumé Cette étude a pour objectif d’éclairer une des fonctions fondamentales qui incombe à l’administration, à savoir, le contrôle administratif, et notamment le rôle qu’il joue dans la réalisation des objectifs des différentes instances. Nous y procéderons par présenter le fonctionnement du contrôle administratif, ses tâches, ses méthodes, ses outils, ses domaines ainsi que ses étapes en insistant sur son importance et les conditions d’un bon système contrôleur et ses liens avec les différents corps administratifs à l’instar de la planification, l’organisation, l’orientation et la coordination. le contrôle administratif :Mots-clés abstract: This study aims at highlighting the importance of one of the fundamental functions an administration needs, namely the administrative control and the role it plays in the achievement of the different objectives in each organism we proceeded, in our research, by presenting how administrative control functions, its tasks, methods, tools, fields as wellas the steps needed, to ensure the condition for a good controlling system, thus, insisting on its importance and links with different administrative organisms such as planification, organization, orientation and coordination.
