ملخص : نظرا لتزايد الاهتمام بالعدالة كونها محور التفاعل الإنساني و أحد أبرز المتغيرات التي تؤثر على مجمل الأهداف الإنسانية التي يسعى أي تنظيم إلى تحقيقها .. ولعل الحديث عن العدالة يقودنا حتما إلى طرح أحد أبرز أنواعها والمتمثل في العدالة التنظيمية نظرا لإفرازاتها الآنية والمستقبلية على التنظيم وعلى بقاءه واستمراريته لاسيما في علاقتها بالصراع و الالتزام الوظيفي و الولاء التنظيمي و الفساد الإداري وغيرها من المظاهر التنظيمية التي كثيرا ما تثبت الدراسات جوهر تأثيرها على استقرار المنظمات. ومن خلال هذه المقالة العلمية سنحاول تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية ... للعدالة التنظيمية وإبراز أهميتها القصوى والأساسية في أي تنظيم مهما كانت طبيعته – اقتصادي أو خدماتي -نظرا لقوة أبعادها ومحدداتها في تأثيرها على الفاعلين داخل التنظيم وخارجه. محركات البحث الأساسية: العدالة التنظيمية، المنظمة. bstract: Because of the growing interest in justice being the focus of human interaction and one of the most important variables that affect the overall humanitarian objectives that any organization seeks to achieve..
