التدابير الشرعية للوقاية من جائحة كورونا المستجد (covid-19)

الملخص
على الرغم من التطور الطبي والعلمي الذي أحرزته المجتمعات المعاصرة إلا أنها بقيت عاجزة عن محاصرة الوباء العالمي المستجد كوفيد19 الذي اجتاح العالم بأسره وشملت تداعياته كل مناحي الحياة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية، الأمر الذي تطلب ضرورة الاهتمام بكيفية الوقاية منه لاحتوائه والحد من مخاطره، فما هي التدابير الشرعية التي وضعها الإسلام للوقاية من جائحة كورونا المستجد؟. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التدابير الشرعية والإجراءات العملية التي وضعها الإسلام للوقاية من مخاطر هذه الجائحة من خلال الوقوف على أسبابها الواردة في مضامين الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة وربطها بما توصل إليه العلم الحديث في هذا المجال. وتضمنت الدراسة ثلاث مباحث تمثلت في: المبحث التمهيدي: مشكلة الدراسة، تساؤلاتها، أهدافها وأهميتها. المبحث الأول: مفهوم جائحة كورونا المستجد، أنواعه وأسباب انتشاره. المبحث الثاني: مفهوم التدابير الشرعية، التدابير الشرعية الوقائية قبل الجائحة وبعدها. وذيَل البحث بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها. وقد أكدت الدراسة على رعاية الإسلام للإنسان، واهتمامه بسلامته، وحمايته من الأمراض الجوائح من خلال التدابير الوقائية التي وضعها. Abstract: Despite the medical and scientific development that modern societies have reached, they failed to blockade the new global pandemic (Covid 19) that has spread all over the world. Its outcomes have affected all the aspects of life such as politics, economics, social and religious. That leaded to know the manner of preventing it. This required a need to know how to prevent from, to handle it, and reduce its risks. Hence, what are the measures that the Islam religion has put to prevent from the Corona Virus? This study aims to know the Islamic law measures as well as the scientific procedures that Islam has put to prevent the risks from this pandemic through standing on the reasons that are mentioned in the verses of the Holy Qu’ran and Hadith of the Prophet; to be combined with what the modern science has reached in this field. This study contains three chapters that are the introducing chapter, statement of the problem, its aims and its significance. Chapter one deals with the notion of Corona pandemic, its types and reasons of its spread. Chapter two is about the notion of Islamic law measures of prevention before and after the pandemic. The study ends up with a conclusion that mentions the important results that are found. The study emphasises the protection of human being by Islam religion, and it concerns of his safety, and the protection from the diseases through the preventing measures that Islam has put.
