نظرا البُعد السّنني في مشروع إصلاح التعليم عند ابن العربي المعافري

الملخص
معلوم أن السيادة والريادة للأمم إنما تكون بالتعليم، وهو طبيعي في العمران البشري، لذلك اعتبر من الصنائع التي تتطلب الكفاءة والمهارة لممارستها، وحظي باهتمام الدولة والمجتمع على حد سواء. وتندرج جهود ابن العربي المعافري في مجال التربية والتعليم ضمن مشروع الدولة المرابطية الهادف إلى "تثبيت الإصلاح". ونظرا لأهمية استحضار البُعد السّنني في أي مشروع إصلاحي، فهذه الورقة المتواضعة حاولت إبراز علاقة البُعد السّنني بفقه سنن الإصلاح، ومعالم مشروع إصلاح التعليم عند ابن العربي المعافري المتمثلة في العلم وصفة التعليم، وشروط التعليم والتعلم، وحقوق المتعلم وواجباته. أما البُعد السّني في قانون ابن العربي التربوي فيظهر من خلال التدرُّج في اكتِساب العلوم، وسنة الاختلاف بين المتعلمين في جودة أذهانهم، وسنة الابتلاء أو الامتحان بالسؤال التعليمي. It is well known that the sovereignty and leadership of nations is through education, which is normal in human life, so it is considered one of the industries that require competence and skill to exercise it, and has received the attention of both the State and society. Ibn al-Arabi's efforts in the field of education are part of the Almoravid state's project to "stabilize the reform". Given the importance of bringing the Sunni dimension to any reform project, this modest paper attempted to highlight the relationship of the Sunni dimension to the jurisprudence of the years of reform, and the parameters of ibn al-Arabi's education reform project, which is science, teaching, teaching conditions, and the rights and duties of the learner. The age dimension of ibn al-Arabi's educational law is reflected in the progression of science, the year of difference between learners in the quality of their minds, and the year of affliction or examination with the educational question.
