التَّرجمة الآلية للُّغة العربية: الرَّاهن والمأمول

الملخص
ملخص: بلغ التَّقدُّم في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أوجَّه في العصر الحديث، وخاصة في ميدان التَّطبيقات التِّكنولوجية التي غدت مقومًا رئيسيًّا في مجال العلوم التَّطبيقيَّة، محقِّقةً بذلك نجاحا جعل منها الأداة الذي يلج بها الإنسان إلى عالم المعرفة والتكنولوجيا، وليكتسب صفة العلميَّة والعالميَّة التي أضحت الشرط الأساسي للاعتراف به في عالم المعلوماتيَّة. وقد أصبح الأمر- اليوم- ملحاحًا لإيجاد مساهمة فعالة للتقنية الحديثة في مجالات عدَّة أهمها الترجمة الآلية، وذلك لأجل عملية التَّعريب المستمر، التي أصبحت صعبة في إنجازها. في إطار الطرح أعلاه سنُحاول الوُقوف على واقع التَّرجمة الآلية للغة العربية- باعتبارها أحد منجزات هذا التَّطوُّر-، وكذا تقديم جملة من الاقتراحات التي قد تُساهم في الرَّفع من مكانة اللُّغة العربيَّة في هذا المجال الحيوي. Abstract : The advancement in information technology has reached its peak in the modern era, especially in the field of technological applications, which have become a major ingredient in the field of applied sciences, achieving a success making it the tool that the human use to enter the world of knowledge and technology, and to acquire the scientific and global characteristic that has become the basic condition for him to get the recognition in Informatics world. Today, it has become urgent to find an effective contribution of modern technology in several areas, the most important of which is machine translation, for the sake of the process of continuous Arabization, which has become difficult to achieve. In the frame of the above proposition, we will try to stand on the reality of the machine translation into Arabic - as one of the achievements of this development - as well as present a set of suggestions that may contribute to raising the status of the Arabic language in this vital field.
