إشكالية التمويل للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة في الجزائر

الملخص
قد يبدو للوهلة الأولى، أنّ المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر لا تعاني من عراقيل تمويلية خصوصا عند ملاحظة ما تمّ وضعه من آليات الدعم والمرافقة، لكن على عكس ذلك، تتضح مدى جدية إشكالية التمويل عند تحليل واقع نشاط هذه المؤسسات، وذلك بعد الغوص في أهم مصادر التمويل وصعوبات الاستفادة منها حاليا. وعليه في هذا المقال، سندرس إشكالية تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة محاور، الأول يوضح ماهية هذه المؤسسات، ويشير المحور الثاني لمصادر تمويل احتياجاتها، بينما يبرز المحور الأخير أهم عراقيل تمويلها خاصة من ناحية التمويل البنكي والأسواق المالية. At first glance, it seems that the small and medium enterprises in Algeria do not suffer from financial obstacles, especially when observing what has been developed from the mechanisms of support and accompaniment, but on the contrary, when we analyze the reality of activity of these enterprises, we clear the financial obstacles and difficulties. In this article, we study the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria, through three axes, the first shows: what are these enterprises? And the second axis refers to the sources of funding, while the last axis highlights the most important financial obstacles, especially in terms of bank financing and financial markets.
