الملخص
تتراءى في الأفق للدراسات التاريخية المعاصرة ظاهرة أبو القاسم سعد الله المتميزة والموسوعية الجامعة الذي تعتبر مؤلفاته مصدرا لا غناء عنه في كل ما يتعلق بتاريخ الجزائر في الحديث والمعاصر. قدمت أعمال أبو القاسم سعد الله الفكرية خدمة جليلة في ميدان علم التاريخ من الناحية المنهجية والمعرفية. تمثل سيرته العلمية قدوة للباحثين الشباب، فيحرك فيهم الهمة وحب العمل المنهجي والمنظم، ويزرع فيهم روح التحدي وحب الوطن. فكان يحث طلبته على القراءة والكتابة التي بدونهما لا يرتقي فكر الباحث في التاريخ، ويشجعهم على النقد، ويحثهم على الاجتهاد المتواصل، والتفتح على العلوم الأخرى. فكان في الواقع يكد بدون ملل ويشعر بالراحة والاطمئنان كلما تجاوز عمله عقبات ندرة الأرشيف والمعلومات، حيث كان يقضى كل أوقاته في البحث والتنقيب والكتابة التي تشكل جوهر ثقافته وإيمانه بقضايا وطنه. Abu al-Qasim Saadallah’s contemporary historical studies remain as a distinguished and universal encyclopedic phenomenon. His works are an indispensable source in everything related to modern and contemporary history of Algeria. His intellectual researches have provided a great service in the field of history in terms of methodology and knowledge. His scientific career is a model for young researchers that stimulates vigor and love for systematic and organized work, and cultivates in them the spirit of challenge and patriotism. He of tenused to urge his students to read and write without which they would not rise to the history researcher's thinking. This would also encourage them to criticize, and urge them to persevere diligence and open up to other sciences. In fact, his hard work released a pleasure to feel comfortable and reassured as it exceeded the obstacles of scarcity of archives and information. He spent all his time searching, excavating and writing that what form the core of his culture and his belief in the issues of his homeland.
