الإعلام الأمني في الجزائر ودوره في مكافحة الإرهاب The Security Media In Algeria And Its Role In Combating Terrorism

الملخص
يعيش العالم اليوم ثورة اتصال وتطورا تكنولوجيا مثيرا و ثورة معلوماتية لا حدود لها تواكب عصر المتغيرات الكبيرة. عصر العولمة بمجالاتها المختلفة سياسيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا واعلاميا، حيث اصبحت العولمة واقعا لا نملك تجاهله. والاعلام في عصر العولمة يشارك بفاعلية و يعزز المصلحة الوطنية ويلبي احتياجات المواطن في اطار تخطيط استراتيجي لحماية الوحدة الوطنية والامن الوطني من التهديدات الراهنة. وفي هذا الاطار يعد الاعلام الامني على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية في ظل الاستراتيجيات الأمنية المعاصرة٬ من خلال تبصير الموطنين بحقيقية الارهاب الاعمى الذي بات يمثل تحدياً للقيم الانسانية و حق البشرية في البقاء، و كشف ادواته واساليبه الاجرامية٬ و اظهار اهدافه الخبيثة للمجتمع . الامر الذي يتطلب توظيف الاعلام الامني بدرجة واسعة في توعية المواطن الجزائري بحجم التهديدات الامنية المحيطة بالجزائر التي تخلفها وجود تنظيمات ارهابية في منطقة الساحل حيث أن الزحف المتواصل من موجات الهجرات البشرية داخل التراب الجزائري و النشاط المتنامي لعصابات التهريب والمخدرات و الجماعات الإجرامية ثم دخول الحركات الإرهابية لتنظيم داعش الارهابي ليبيا والقاعدة في المغرب الإسلامي في السنوات الأخيرة . إن هذه الورقة تحاول إظهار أهمية الإعلام الأمني في التعامل مع الحرب ضد الإرهاب من خلال تناول موضوع حول مدي إسهام الإعلام الأمني في الجزائر في مكافحة ظاهرة الإرهاب خاصة في ظل الاستراتيجيات الإعلامية في نشر الثقافة الأمنية المواطن في العملية الأمنية Today, the world is experiencing a revolution in communication, an exciting technological development and an infinite information revolution that is keeping pace with the age of great variables. The era of globalization in its various political, social, economic, cultural and media spheres has becom a reality that we cannot ignore. media in the era of globalization actively participates and promotes the national interest and meets the needs of the citizen in the framework of strategic planning to protect national unity and national security from the current threats. In this context, the security media is considered to be of great importance in light of contemporary security strategies, through informing the citizens of the reality of blind terrorism, which has become a challenge to human values and the right of mankind to survive, and to reveal its criminal tools and methods, and show its malicious goals to society. This requires that the security media be used extensively to educate the Algerian citizen about the security threats surrounding Algeria, which are left behind by the presence of terrorist organizations in the Sahel region, as the continuous encroachment of waves of human migrations into Algerian soil, the growing activity of smuggling gangs, drugs and criminal groups, and then the terrorist movements to organize The ISIS terrorist Libya and al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb in recent years. This paper attempts to show the importance of the security media in dealing with the war against terrorism by addressing a topic about the extent to which the security media in Algeria contributes to combating the phenomenon of terrorism, especially in light of media strategies in spreading the security culture of the citizen in the security process
