المعالجة الإعلامية الأمنية للجريمة: دراسة تحليلية لمجلة الشرطة الجزائرية Media Crime Security Treatment An Analytical Study Of The Algerian Police Magazine

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة المعالجة الإعلامية من طرف مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية للآفات والجرائم، والتعرف على المسؤولية الإعلامية والاجتماعية للإعلام الأمني عند تغطيته ونشر أخبار الجريمة. وذلك انطلاقا من اشكالية مفادها كيف تعالج مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية أخبار الجريمة؟ وهل هذه المعالجة الإعلامية الأمنية تساهم في الحد من الجريمة؟ باتباع المنهج الوصفي واستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون على عينة من أعداد مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية خلال سنتي 2015و2016. ومن أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عليها الدراسة هي تحتل أخبار الجريمة أولويات النشر على صفحات مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية فالمجموع العام للجريمة في العينة يصل إلى 141 موضوع في سبعة أعداد. وأغلب الموضوعات الخاصة بالجريمة تنشر في قسم يسمى متفرقات، ملفات، أقلام الشرطة، قضايا المجتمع واعتمدت مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية في تحرير أخبار الجريمة على قالب الخبر الصحفي. والعنوان العادي هو ما تبنته المجلة في عنونة معظم أخبار الجريمة. وقد ركزت مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية عند تحريرها لأخبار الجريمة على الجريمة المنظمة فتقاربت النسبة بين جريمة الإرهاب المنظمة وجرائم تخريب الاقتصاد الوطني، أما فيما يخص نشر جرائم القانون العام إذ ركزت مجلة الشرطة الجزائرية على جرائم الاعتداءات على الأشخاص بصفة كبيرة. وكانت تهدف إلى التوعية والتحسيس بمخاطر الجريمة. This study aims at knowing the nature of media treatment of pests and crime by the Algerian Police Journal and also at identifying the media and social responsibility of the security media when covering and breaking crime news. This is based on a problematic stating: How does the Algerian police magazine handle crime news? Does this media security treatment contribute to reducing crime? Using the descriptive approach and using the content analysis tool on a sample of issues of the Algerian Police Magazine during the years 2015 and 2016. One of the most important results of the study is that crime news occupies the priorities of publishing on the pages of the Algerian Police Magazine. The general total of crime in the sample is 141 subjects in seven issues. Most of the crimes' topics are published in a section called Miscellaneous، Files، and Police Pens، and Community issues. The Algerian Police Magazine، in the editorial of crime news، relied on the press story template. The regular headline is what the magazine claimed in addressing most crime news. The Algerian police magazine، when editing news of crime، focused on organized crime، so the ratio between organized crime and crimes of sabotage of the national economy approximated. As for the publication of common law crimes، the Algerian police magazine focused on crimes of attacks on people in large measure which aimed to raise awareness and sensitize the dangers of crime.
