المعايير الانتقائية في المجال الرياضي

الملخص

هدفت هاته الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام المدربين لبعض الطرق والمعايير في عملية الانتقاء و من أجل ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على عينة مقصودة تمثلت في 08 مدربين لفرق كرة الطائرة صنف أكابر بولاية الجلفة طبقت عليها أداة الاستبيان و الذي قسم إلى محورين ،وتم الوصول إلى أن معظم المدربين لا يتبعون الطريقة العلمية و هي الاختبارات و المقاييس في عملية الانتقاء الرياضي و إتباعهم الطرق الكلاسيكية كالملاحظة و الخبرة الشخصية و التي لا تتماشى مع التطور العلمي ، وهذا يدل على أن مستوى بعض المدربين محدود تجاه المعرفة العلمية بالأسس العلمية للانتقاء الرياضي بالإضافة إلى نقص الإمكانيات و الوسائل الضرورية لعملية الانتقاء الجيد. The aim of this study is to know the reality of the coaches' use of some methods and criteria in the selection process. For this reason, the descriptive approach was used based on an intended sample represented in 08 coaches for volleyball teams, and it was concluded that most of the coaches do not follow the scientific method, which is the tests and measures in the process of sports selection, and they follow the classic methods such as observation and personal experience, which are not consistent with the scientific development. This indicates that the level of some coaches is limited towards scientific knowledge of the scientific basics of sportive selection in addition to the lack of capabilities and means necessary for the process of good selection.
