الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع جد مهم للأخصائي في علم النفس الصناعي، ألا وهو بطاقة تحليل منصب العمل، وعلى الرغم من تعدد مسمياتها بين الباحثين في المجال إلا أنهم يجمعون على أهمية هذه البطاقة لمسيري إدارة الموارد البشرية في المنظمات الحديثة، وسيتم في هذه الدراسة التعرف عليها، ومن يقوم بإعدادها؟ وخطواتها وأهم أساليب جمع معلوماتها، وأهم الأخطاء التي قد تحدث في إعدادها، وما هي مقومات النجاح في إعدادها؟.
