الملخص
الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة خصوصية النظام الإجرائي للدعوى الدستورية في التشريع الجزائري، باعتبارها دعوى عينية، مستقلة، تفرض نظاما إجرائيا يتماشى مع خصوصياتها. تتسم الدعوى الدستورية في التجربة الدستورية الجزائرية، بالطابع القضائي، بالنظر إلى إجراءات تحريكها، المتمثلة في الإخطار أو الطعن، إلى جانب إجراءات الفصل فيها التي لا تختلف عن إجراءات الفصل في الدعوى القضائية . Abstract : This study deals with the specificity of the procedural system of the constitutional lawsuit in Algerian legislation, as it is a kind case, independent, imposing a procedural system consistent with its privacy. The constitutional case in the Algerian constitutional experience is characterized by the judicial nature, in view of the procedures for moving it, which are notification or appeal, in addition to the procedures for settling it, which are not different from the procedures for deciding the case.
