إمكانيات السياحة الوطنية في الجزائر- دراسة على ضوء القانون الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص: تعمل أغلب الدول على تطوير اقتصادها، فتركز اهتمامها على مختلف القطاعات المؤثرة في النشاط الاقتصادي، والجزائر باعتبارها واحدة من هذه الدول تجتهد للنجاح في ميدان التنمية المستدامة، خاصة بعد تدهور أسعار النفط مؤخرا ما دفع القائمين على الدولة الجزائرية إلى تشجيع قطاعات مختلفة أخرى لتكون بديلة عن المحروقات ويمكن تحقيق التوازن بفضلها من بين هذه القطاعات السياحة، وقد خصها المشرع الجزائري بمجموعة من القوانين التي تحكمها وتضبطها. فالسياحة من الأنشطة الفعالة التي تستند عليها الكثير من الدول لتنمية اقتصادها الوطني وتنويعه حيث يعتبرها المختصين محور الاقتصاد، فهي تعد أكثر المجالات نجاحا لأنها تساهم في توفير العملات الصعبة ومناصب تشغيل اليد العاملة فيرتفع الدخل الوطني. الجزائر تمتلك موروث سياحي ثري من تاريخ ومناظر طبيعية خلابة كالبحار والوديان و السهول والجبال والصحارى، أما عن التراث التاريخي فنجد فيها الكثير من المدن الأثرية لحضارات مختلفة تعاقبت على البلاد منها الفينيقية والبيزنطية والرومانية بالإضافة إلى الإسلامية وغيرها. Abstract: Most countries work to develop their economy, focusing their attention on the various sectors affecting economic activity, and Algeria as one of these countries strives for success in the field of sustainable development, especially after the recent decline in oil prices, which prompted those in charge of the Algerian state to encourage other different sectors to be a substitute for Hydrocarbons can be achieved thanks to it among these sectors of tourism, and the Algerian legislator has singled out a set of laws that govern and control them. Tourism is one of the effective activities that many countries rely on to develop and diversify its national economy, as specialists consider it the focus of the economy, as it is considered the most successful field because it contributes to providing hard currencies and employment positions, and national income rises. Algeria possesses a rich heritage of history with stunning natural landscapes such as seas, valleys, plains, mountains and deserts. As for the historical heritage, we find in it many archeological cities of different civilizations that followed the country, including Phoenician, Byzantine, Roman, in addition to Islamic and others.
