الملخص
ساهمت وسائل الاتصال الجديدة بأبعادها المتداخلة في تغيير أنماط التفاعل داخل المجتمعات ،مما أثار عدة تداخلات وإشكاليات وأعادت تفعيل آليات الاتصال بكل أنواعها، ليتم استخدامه كوسائل للتوعية والتثقيف ونشر المعلومات، خاصة مع بروز مظاهر عولمة الاتصال التي حتمت تبادل المضامين أثناء انتقال الرسالة كمؤشر لاتساع نطاق التأثير الآني لها، وتم اعتبار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أداةً محورية من بناء منظومة فكرية متجددة وتفاعلية ،تتزامن مع تطورات البيئة الاتصالية التي يتواجد فيها الفرد داخل النسق الاجتماعي، واتضح عمق تأثيرها خاصة بعد تداعيات انتشار جائحة فيروس كورونا ( كوفيد – 19 ( في العالم بداية عام 2020 ،والجزائر على غرار عدة دول تأثرت بتداعيات هذا الفيروس من النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وأظهر هشاشة المنظومة الصحية فيها، وأمام التهويل الإعلامي الذي يغطي تطور مستجدات الجائحة، وتعد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي سلاحا ذو حدين الأول يتضمن التوعية من مخاطر انتشاره ، وجانب آخر يهتم بنشر الإشاعات والمعلومات الخاطئة، وهذا ما جعل الفرد يستفيد من المضامين التَّوعوية ويتساءل عن مدى صحة المعلومات المنشورة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة ودرجة مصداقيتها. Abstract The new means of communication, with their overlapping dimensions, contributed to changing patterns of interaction within societies, which raised several interventions and problems and re-activated communication mechanisms of all kinds to be used as means of awareness, education and information dissemination, especially with the emergence of the features of globalization of communication that necessitated the exchange of influence during the transmission of the message as an indication of the widening scope of the immediate effect For her, social networking was considered a pivotal tool in building a renewed and interactive intellectual system that coincides with the developments of the communication environment in which the individual is present within the social system, and the depth of its impact is evident, especially after the repercussions of the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) in the world beginning in 2020, And Algeria, like many countries affected by this virus in economic and social terms, showed the fragility of the health system in it, and in front of the media scare that covers the development of the pandemic's developments, social networking sites are a double-edged sword that includes awareness of the risks of its spread, and another aspect concerned with spreading rumors and wrong information, and this This led the individual to benefit from the educational contents and wondered about the validity of the information published through social media Different And their degree of credibility.
