إشكالية التواصل في الوسط الجامعي: دراسة سيميولوجية لعلاقة الأستاذ بالطالب.

الملخص
تعتبر اللغة بأشكالها المختلفة الوسيلة الرئيسية للتواصل المجتمعي، فمن أجل فهم عملية التواصل بين مختلف الأفراد، لابد من تفكيك مختلف الدلالات اللغوية والأنشطة السلوكية، التي تعبر عن الترسبات الذهنية المخزنة لدى كل فرد، وهو الأمر الذي يوجب الاستعانة بمنهج يستطيع تفسير مختلف العلامات والإشارات اللغوية، وترجمة الأفكار في مختلف الأوساط الاجتماعية بصفة عامة، والوسط الجامعي بصفة خاصة. لذلك تسعى هذه الدراسة للاعتماد على المنهج السيميولوجي لفهم العملية التواصلية في الأوساط الجامعية المتمثلة في علاقة الأستاذ والطالب، ذلك أن هذا المنهج يسمح بدراسة وفهم الخطابات النصية ورصد كل الأنشطة البشرية بالتفكيك والتركيب، والتحليل والتأويل، وهو الأمر الذي يسمح بفهم مختلف التفاعلات الحاصلة في الوسط الجامعي عامة، والتفاعلات الحاصلة بين الأستاذ والطالب، بغية الوصول إلى وضع آليات تمكن مختلف الفواعل الجامعية من تحقيق التفاعل الإيجابي فيما بينها، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى حل المشاكل الجامعية، التي تنبع أساساً من إشكالية الفهم المزدوج-إيجابي/سلبي- لهذه التفاعلات. وانطلاقا مما تم طرحه أعلاه . Abstract: Language with its different forms is considered as main means for social communication. In order to understand the process of communication between different individuals ,it is necessary to dismantle the various linguistic signs and behavioral activities which reflect the mental deposits stored by each individual, which necessitates the use of a method that can interpret the various marks , signs of language and the translation of ideas in various social circles in general and in the university center in particular.Therefore, this study seeks to rely on the Semiology approach to understand the communicative process in academic circles. This approach allows the study and the understanding of textual discourses and the monitoring of all human activities by deconstruction, analysis, and interpretation. This allows for understanding of the various interactions in the university environment, whether between :the teacher and the student , the student and the administration, the administration and the teacher or between the employees and the student...ext. In order to develop mechanisms that enable different university students to achieve positive interaction among them, which leads to solve university problems which in its turn are caused by the problematic of The Double positive\ negative understanding of these social interactions
