دور الكتابات الفرنسية في إعادة كتابة تاريخ الجزائر في العصر الحديث -كتاب التشريفات أنموذجا-

الملخص
تتسم الكتابات الغربية للتاريخ الجزائري كالكثير من غيرها من كتابات المستشرقين بالسطحية و المبالغة و محاولة لتشويه الحقائق التاريخية.و قد اعتمدت على كتابات الأسرى و رجال الدين و المصادر المحلية الخالية من المصداقية، لكن قرب مؤرخيهم من الوثائق يجعلنا نبحث في كتاباتهم لعلنا نميز القيم منها. ويعتبر ألبير دوفو أحد أهم من أرخوا لتاريخ الجزائر الحديث من الفرنسيين، و لعل ما يكسب كتاباته مصداقية هو كونه محافظا للأرشيف العربي بمصلحة الدومين، وهو ما جعله يطلع على وثائق أصلية. وتكمن أهمية هذا الكتاب الذي يعتبر من أكثر الكتب الغربية التي كتبت عن تاريخنا قيمة لكونه مصدرا أرشيفيا قبل أن يكون كتابا، وقد أشار صاحب كتاب ورقات إلى وجود الوثائق الأصلية التي أخذ عنها دوفو في كتابه هذا في أرشيف المكتبة الوطنية. و يشتمل دفتر التشريفات على كثير من الأحداث التاريخية السياسية العسكرية و الإقتصادية ، فقد قسم إلى ست فصول تناول فيها الحرب مع المغرب و حملة تونس و سقوط وهران، كما تعرض لضرائب العشور و الزكاة و اللزمة و الغرامة و المعونة و القبلية وجزية اليهود و العوائد و الدنوش والرسوم المفروضة على أراضي البايلك ، و ما يهتم بغنائم الجهاد البحري و أتاوات و هدايا الدول الأجنبية و رسوم الجمارك و الأسواق. وكذا حركة الجيوش البرية و البحرية و الحاميات العسكرية و الثكنات و أجور الانكشاريين و رؤساء البحر و رواتب الموظفين و العمال، و صفقات التجهيز و شراء العتاد و الأسلحة و مصاريف الموظفين و المرافق العامة من عيون و سواقي،بالإضافة إلى أوجه الإنفاق على تلك الهدايا التي كانت تبعث بها الإيالة إلى اسطنبول، و الهدايا التي كانت تتلقاها من سلاطين الدولة العثمانية. Astract— The Western writings of Algerian history seem to be like many other orientalist writings, superficial, exaggerated, and attempting to distort historical facts. They have relied on the writings on prisoners, clergy and local sources without credibility, But the proximity of their historians of the documents makes us look at their writings, perhaps we distinguish the good ones. Albert Duvo is one of the most important historians of modern Algeria, and perhaps his credibility is earned by being a custodian of the Arab archive in the Dominion, which has made him aware of original documents. The importance of this book, which is one of the most Western books that have written about our history, is valuable because it is an archival source before it is a book. The author of the paper pointed to the existence of the original documents that Doffo wrote in this book in the archives of the National Library. The book includes many historical events, political, military and economic, divided into six chapters dealt with the war with Morocco and the campaign of Tunisia and the fall of Oran, and was subjected to taxes Tithe and Zakat and required and the fine and aid and tribal and Jewish tribute and returns and Dannush and fees imposed on the territory of the Palek, And what is concerned with the spoils of maritime jihad and the royalties and gifts of foreign countries and customs duties and markets. As well as the movement of land and sea armies, military garrisons, barracks, wages of the Ancars and heads of the sea and the salaries of employees and workers, and transactions and the purchase of equipment and weapons and expenses of staff and public utilities of eyes and Swazi, as well as objects of spending on those gifts that She was sent to Istanbul, and the gifts she received from the sultans of the Ottoman Empire.
