الملخص
خلال الحملة الفرنسية على الجزائر اهتم الكثير من الفرنسيين- المتخصصين وغيرهم- بالأحداث التي جرت وقائعها على أرض الجزائر، ومنها المقاومات الشعبية التي دونوا وقائعها. ومن أبرز هؤلاء أولئك الذين ارتبطت صلتهم بالحركة الاستعمارية والتوسع الفرنسي عبر الوطن، والذين اعتنوا، قبل كل شيء، بوصف الأحداث وتعليلها، وبخاصة تلك التي لعب فيها كاتب المذكرات دورا أو تلك التي عايشها أو شهدها من قريب أو بعيد. وهو ما يجعلنا نتساءل عن: أولاً، ما أهميتها كمصادر تاريخية ، ثم كيف يمكننا الاعتماد عليها في تدوين تاريخ الجزائر خلال تلك الفترة؟ Astract: During the French campaign against Algeria, many French, specialists and others, were interested in the events which took place on the Algerian territory,Including the popular resistance, which recorded their facts. The most important of these are those who have been associated with the colonial movement and the French expansion across the motherland, and who have taken care, above all, to describe and explain the events, especially those in which the author of the memoirs played a role or that he lived or saw from near or far. That makes us wonder about: what it is its importance as historical sources first, then How can we rely on them to record the Algeria History during that period?
