دور الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري على عمليات إدارة المعرفة دراسة حالة شركة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية المسيلة

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز دور الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري على عمليات إدارة المعرفة، حيث تناول البحث دراسة شركة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية المسيلة، ولتحقيق ذلك من الناحية العملية وفق منهجية علمية، تم جمع ومعالجة وتحليل آراء (38) عاملا من العاملين الإداريين المتواجدين في فروع الشركة بولاية المسيلة، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق إستمارة تم تصميمها كأداة لقياس نموذج الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لاختبار فرضياتها، ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن هناك اهتمام بالاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري وكذا عمليات إدارة المعرفة للشركة محل الدراسة، كما توجد علاقة تأثير وارتباط قوية وموجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإستثمار في رأس المال الفكري وبين تحقيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة، وأوصت الدراسة بتدعيم العلاقة بين الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري وعمليات إدارة المعرفة في المنظمة، وتعظيم العلاقة المتبادلة بينهما بما يخدم الشركة والعاملين. تصنيفات JEL : J2، D83. Résumé: L'objectif de cette étude est d'essayer de mettre en évidence le rôle de l'investissement dans le capital intellectuel dans les processus de gestion de la connaissance, notamment dans le cadre de l'étude d'Algérie Telecom dans l'État de Messille. Les données ont été recueillies au moyen d’un questionnaire conçu comme un outil de mesure du modèle d’étude, qui a utilisé des méthodes statistiques descriptives et descriptives pour vérifier ses hypothèses. L’étude a recommandé de renforcer la relation entre l’investissement dans le capital intellectuel et les processus de gestion des connaissances au sein de l’organisation et de maximiser la relation mutuelle entre eux pour servir l’entreprise.
