. One of the topics that preoccupied researchers in Ottoman history as a whole was the subject of conscription of young Christian and Muslims boys or what is known as the Turkish language "dosharma". This system was also introduced in response to the pressing demands of the Ottoman Empire to fill the existing deficit. The army of the Incarnation, to talk about the Ottoman army in general, we must address the secretions of this army as well, in terms of the principles of military doctrine, which means the vision of the political and military leadership of what should be the military and military regime by land and sea, both in terms of combat readiness And defense policy by the Ottoman Empire and the stages of its strength and its weakness politically and militarily. The Ottoman Empire of Algeria is one of the regions of the Ottoman Empire where the Ottoman Sultan was adopted on a military doctrine, which was directed initially from the appointment of the first ruler of Algeria, Khairuddin Barbaros, to the rank of Baylrabi on Algeria (1518-1543), which will be followed by defensive fortifications and offensive strategies to repel the European aggression on Algeria, and the problematic question is what is the concept of the military doctrine of the Ottoman army? What are its military and political dimensions through the recruitment system for young Christians and Muslims in Algeria
