الملخص
ملخص: يعد الفساد ظاهرة قديمة قدم المجتمع البشري، وهو في جوهره عبارة عن حالة التفكك التي تصيب المجتمع نتيجة فقدانه لمعالمه وقيمه الأساسية، فيكون الفساد سببا من أسباب الضعف الداخلي والخارجي لبنية المجتمع كليا ذلك لأن القوة الفعلية لأي مجتمع تكمن في قوة نظامه الاجتماعي الذي على أساسه تتمكن الدولة من تحقيق درجة عالية من مستويات التلاحم والتماسك حول قيم جوهرية سائدة بين الأفراد، يكون الفرد من خلال تلك القيم شخصية قوية قادرة على مواكبة التطورات والتغيرات الاجتماعية، ويكون فيها المبدأ هنا هو تفضيل المصلحة الجماعية على المصلحة الشخصية لتحقيق الارتقاء والتقدم ليس فقط اجتماعيا وأخلاقيا وإنما في جميع المجالات الحيوية، لينعكس ذلك إيجابا على الفرد والمجتمع بصفة عامة. Abstract : Corruption is an age-old phenomenon of human society, which is essentially a state of disintegration that afflicts society as a result of the loss of its landmarks and fundamental values. Corruption is one of the causes of internal and external weakness esproving the entire structure of society, because the actual strength of a society lies in the strength of its social system, on which the State is able to achieve a high degree of The levels of cohesion and cohesion around fundamental values prevailing among individuals, through those values, the individual is a strong personality capable of keeping pace with social developments and changes, in which the principle here is to prefer collective interest over personal interest to achieve advancement and progress not only socially and morally, but in all vital areas, to reflect positively on the individual and society at large
