الملخص
He knew the political science major development especially in the field of public policy forms and types. Public policy plays an important role in every institution and within each organization, and is the government doing to develop a comprehensive action plan in order to achieve greater goals, and at a specific time. Confirms Gel policy definitions as governmental programs of action being developed and implemented for the purpose of bringing about positive changes within the various sectors, in an authoritarian manner peremptory. If this is the case, how possible at the moment to talk about public policy and the global emergence of the concept of global governance?
