الملخص
لاشك أن التطرف هو من أعقد القضايا الراهنة التي يواجهها العالم بأسره والمنطقة العربية على وجه الدقة. ذلك أن هذه الظاهرة قد نخرت جسم البلدان العربية وتفاقمت حدتها بعد ثورات الربيع العربي حتى أضحى المرء غير آمن على روحه وممتلكاته وعرضه جراء التعصب الديني وجراء سوء الفهم للدين. ونروم من خلال هذه الورقة معالجة هذه الظاهرة في ليبيا وتونس من خلال دراسة مقارنة تهفو إلى الحفر في أسباب التطرف التي توزعت بين أسباب نفسية وأسباب اقتصادية وأسباب تربوية وأسباب عقدية وأخرى سياسية. كما تطمح هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى البحث في مظاهر التطرف التي تجلت في التعصب للرأي وتكفير الآخر واستعمال العنف. ولكن الوقوف عند هذه المظاهر استدعى منا أيضا اقتراح طرائق بديلة للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة. It’s undefeatable that Extremism is one of the most complexed issues nowadays that the world and the Arabic region stumble upon. So this phenomenon ruined the Arabic countries and increased after the Arabic Springs’ revolutions, till the one doesn’t feel himself secured neither his possessions nor his honor because of fanatism and the misunderstanding of the religion. And we aims through this paper to deal with this phenomenon in Libya and Tunisia through a comparative study that aims to find the reasons of extremism which are divided into psychological, economic, educational, religious and political reasons. And also, this study aims to search the signs of extremism that appeared in the fanatism,the atonement and violence.But facing those signs, demanded also from us to propose other solutions to overcome this dangerous phenomenon.
