الملخص
The relationship between the United Nations and the International Criminal Court doesn’t stop at construction, but beyond that to reach the limit of cooperation between the two sides in the field of international peace and security. However, this cooperation doesn’t succeed in the absence of agreement between the two sides, it is true that the court had been born from the womb of the United Nations Organization, but that should not affect the independence of the Court, indeed, the Security Council in the face of the court proceedings may affect the goal of prosecuting the most dangerous criminals at all, And if the power of referral is good, the question of postponement of the investigation by a decision of the Security Council is hampering the conduct of the court and impedes the achievement of its objectives.
