الملخص
يهدف موضوع الإرهاب المعلوماتي أسبابه وأساليبه إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الإرهاب المعلوماتي باعتباره عنوان جديد ظهر على الساحة الدولية والإقليمية وكذلك بيان أهم أنواع الإرهاب المعلوماتي وأسباب هذا الإرهاب ولأهم أساليبه الإجرامية حيث اعتمدت منهجية البحث إلى نوع من المقارنة بين الإرهاب المعلوماتي وبعض المصطلحات الخطيرة وفي بيان بعض النتائج المتوصل إليها في البحث تبين أن الإرهاب المعلوماتي موضوع خطير جداً وجب على القوانين الدولية والمحلية اتخاذ مواقف صادقة وتعيين قوانين تتناسب مع حجم العقوبة لهاته الجرائم المعلوماتية الإرهابية.
