أخلاقيات المهنة كأداة للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته

الملخص

أدرك المجتمع الدولي بجميع مكوناته حجم الأضرار الناتجة عن الفساد وتأثيره المباشر على التنمية المستدامة في الدول، لذلك بادر إلى اتخاذ أقصى التدابير والجهود لمكافحة ومواجهة هذه الظاهرة ، ولعل من أقوى هذه التدابير في هذا المجال هي السعي إلى التأسيس لأخلاقيات المهنة أو الوظيفة كمنطلق ومدخل أساسي لمكافحة الفساد، حيث بادرت منظمة الأمم المتحدة ، وغيرها من المنظمات الإقليمية إلى الدفع باتجاه وضع مدونات وقواعد للسلوك الوظيفي، مع حث جميع الدول على القيام بهذا الأمر أيضا، وهو ما تجسد من خلال إصدار مختلف الدول لهذه المدونات التي تضم قواعد أخلاقيات المهنة. The international community realized the extent of the damage resulting from corruption and its direct impact on sustainable development in the countries, so he initiated to take the maximum measures and efforts to combat and confront this phenomenon, and perhaps one of the most powerful of these measures in this field is the endeavor to establish the ethics of the profession or job as a starting point and a basic approach to fighting corruption, As the United Nations and other regional organizations have initiated codes and rules of conduct for staff, urging all countries to do this as well, which is embodied by the issuance by these countries of these codes of ethics.
