الملخص
The study highlights the efforts made by the freelance advisor to support and accompany learners and follow their school progress; furthermore, it targets to diagnose and find solutions to some difficulties met in choosing the appropriate stream according to his/her interest and capacities. This will result in leading the learners towards employment world contributing efficiently to society growth.
