Résumé

L’objectif de ce papier, est d’étudier le rôle des entreprises privées nationales dans la diversification des exportations hors hydrocarbures. Après analyse de la situation économique, les résultats montrent que l’hydrocarbure reste par excellence le pilier de l’économie Algérienne. Ainsi, le nombre des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) privées exportatrices est très réduit. A cet effet, il est nécessaire, dans le cas algérien, d’adopter une politique de production basée sur une grande cohérence et une meilleure visibilité dans la politique de diversification hors hydrocarbure afin d’éviter l’instabilité économique, financière et sociale. The aim of this paper is to study the role of the private economic companies in the diversification of non-hydrocarbon exports. After analyzing the economic situation, the results show that hydrocarbon remains with excellence the pillar of the Algerian economy. So, the number of private small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) exporting is very small. For this purpose, it is necessary, in the Algerian case, to adopt a production policy based on a high degree of consistency and visibility in non-hydrocarbon diversification policy in order to avoid economic, financial and social instability.
