الملخص
اهتم كثير من الفرنسيين بكتابة تاريخ الجزائر عبر عصورها المختلفة وفي مجالاتمتعددة؛ إلا أنّ ما وجب أن نشير إليه وهو أنمعظم كتاباتهماحتوت في ثناياها على الكثير من السّلبيات والنقائص والتصورات المغلوطة والأفكار والأحكام المسبقةخدمة لمصالح بلادهم وأهدافها الاستعمارية؛منها ما كتبه مترجم الجيش الفرنسي( LESPINASSE )بالمجلة الإفريقية في عددها 21 لسنة 1877من الصفحة 141 إلى الصفحة 150عن قبائل بني هاشم بمعسكر والذي قمنا بترجمة مقالهللكشف عن جزء من هذه الحقائق في هذه الكتابات. Many French people were interested in writing the history of Algeria through its different eras and in various fields. However, what we must point out is that most of their articles many negative aspects, shortcomings, misrepresentations, ideas, and prejudices. Serving their country’s colonial interests and goals; Including what the French army translator Lespinasse wrote in the African Magazine in its 21 for the year 1877 from page 141 to page 150 about the tribes of Bani Hachemes in Mascara, which we translated his article to reveal a part of these facts in this writings.
