الملخص
This study aims to identify the impact of excess Capacity and vertical integration on enterprises wishing to enter the industry. The study pointed to the importance of strategic impediments in confronting new competitors and existing institutions. The study concluded with a set of results that will enable the benefit of the advantages of the forward integration, especially control of distribution outlets. While there is difficulty in achieving a backward integration strategy, As a result of massive capital requirements. As for the excess Capacity, there is a possibility of being used for price competition (predatory pricing), An order that takes into account enterprises wishing to enter the industry.
