الملخص
ملخص : تسعي هذه الورقة إلى إبراز الدور الفعال لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في إحداث تغيرات هامة لاستخدامات مفهوم العمل التطوعي ، وهذا من خلال تتبع تطوراته المختلفة ومدلولاته ولاسيما ارتباطاته بالبني التقليدية للمجتمعات المحلية ، التي شهدت في الآونة الأخيرة تحولات عميقة ليس فقط على مستويات الممارسة والتوجه ، بل امتدت الى المعتقدات والأفكار و القيم ، وهذا يوضح الدور الفعال الذي باتت تصيغه شبكات التواصل الحديثة في البنية الاجتماعية وكذا الفكرية لمجتمعاتنا ، والتي أحدثت ردات فعل مدركة وغير مدركة في كثير من الأحيان ، فرضت تكيفا مع بقايا تراثنا المادي والغير المادي والتخلي عن بعضها ، العمل التطوعي باعتباره قيمة اجتماعية ودينية راسخة في مجتمعاتنا ، وملازمة للتغيرات التي مرت بها ، لم تفضي هذه التغيرات الى اضمحلالها وزوالها بل بدت تظهر بصيغ وصور جديدة تتماشي وفق سيرورة المجتمعات الحديثة ، وعليه فان هذه الورقة تبحث في أصول هذا المفهوم وتطوراته وارتباط مدلوله بسيرورة مجتمعاتنا ، واهم التغيرات التي مست هذا المفهوم من خلال هيمنة شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي فكرا وسلوكا واعتقادا . Abstract : Social media sites and formulation of new concept of volunteerism This paper tries to clear the effective role of the network sites in bringing important changes of the use of the concept of volunteerism.of course it is through following its various developments and sense, especially its links with traditional structures of local communities.it recently witnessed deep change,s not only at practice levels and orientation, but also extended at beliefs,ideas and values.This effective role which has been formulated by modern media social is cleared by the latter in the social and intellectual environment of our societies, and this has created a reactions, even conscious or unconscious in the most of the time.This has also imposed an adaptation with our material and nonmaterial heritage.Volunteerism as a social and religious value rooted in our society,and associated to the changes happened,it did not lead to disappearance ,but it started to be appeared as new forms and images according to the movement of the new societies.Therefore,this paper seeks on the concept root and its developments, and the link of its sense with society movement, and the most important changes that touched this concept through the domination of social media network,intellectually,ethically and credence.
