تطور مفهوم الدولة في إفريقيا The Concept Of The State Developed In Africa

الملخص
تعتبر إفريقيا من أقدم القارات من حيث وجود الإنسان، ولعل الحضارة المصرية هي خير دليل على قدم القارة في التاريخ، كذلك حضارة نوميديا في المغرب. لكن بظهور الدولة بمفهومها الحديث، فإن إفريقيا تأخرت بعض الوقت كونها كانت تعاني من الإستعمار الأوروبي، فالدولة الإفريقية قبل الإستعمار كانت ترتبط بالأمة، أو بالتجارة أو مبنية على القبلية. وقد وحد الإستعمار الشعور بالقومي، وشعور الجماعات بضرورة الوحدة والمصير المشترك أدى إلى ظهور دول إفريقية بعد الإستقلال ذات بعد إثنى قبلي بهوية متأثرة بالتبعية للإستعمار. Abstract : Africa is one of the oldest continents in terms of human existence, and Egyptian civilization is perhaps the best evidence on the continent's history, as well as a Numidian civilization in Morocco. But, with the emergence of the state in its modern sense, Africa has been delayed for some time by the fact that it was suffering from European colonialism. The pre-colonial African state was associated with the nation, with trade, or based on tribalism. Colonialism United the sense of national, and the community's sense of unity and shared destiny led to the emergence of African States after independence with a tribal dimension of a identity influenced by dependence on colonialism.
