التحول الطاقوي من الطاقة التقليدية إلى الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
تعتبر الطاقات المتجددة أحد أهم البدائل المتاحة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة، إذ تشكل امتداداتها عاملا أساسيا في دفع عجلة الانتاج وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في حال نضوب نظيرتها التقليدية، مما يوفر فرص العمل الدائمة ويساهم في تحسين مستويات المعيشة والحد من الفقر والحفاظ على البيئة . والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تسارع في الانتقال نحو اقتصاديات الطاقات المتجددة عن طريق جملة من الاستراتيجيات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق المكاسب الاقتصادية والاستقرار الاجتماعي والتوازن البيئي، من خلال آلية ترشيد استهلاك الطاقات الناضبة وتثمينها والعمل على إحلالها بمصادر الطاقات البديلة. هذا الامر الذي أثبت نجاعته الاقتصادية لتوفر هذه المصادر محليا، و إمكانية مساهمتها في تمكين الفقراء من خلال ضمان أمن إمدادات الطاقة و المحافظة على مواد الرتبة للأجيال القادمة Renewable energies are one of the most important alternatives available to achieve sustainable economic development. Their extension is a key factor in boosting production and achieving stability and growth in the event of depletion of its traditional counterpart، which provides permanent employment opportunities and contributes to improving living standards، reducing poverty and preserving the environment. Algeria، like other countries، is moving rapidly towards the economies of renewable energies through a set of strategies aimed at achieving economic gains، social stability and environmental balance through the mechanism of rationalizing and valuing the consumption of scarce energies and replacing them with alternative sources of energy. This has proved to be an economic success to provide these resources domestically، and to contribute to empowering the poor by ensuring the security of energy supplies and maintaining the materials of rank for future generations
