اشكالية ترجمة المصطلح الطبي

الملخص
ولأن الطب يشغل بال الإنسان في حياته المعاصرة لكونه عصب الحياة وجزء مهم من يومياته، كما وأن مصطلح لفظة (طب) لها من الدلالة التي تجعلها مرادفا للحياة السوية المتحضرة التي يعيشها الفرد، ويقينا أن مجرد البحث في مجالات ترجمة الطب لهي من الموضوعات الجديرة بالنظر والعناية أولا لقلة الدراسات المتعمقة في هذا الميدان، ولأن بعض العوائق التي يجدها طلبة الطب اصبحت شبحا مخيفا، بسبب الاختلاف البين بين نظام التعليم في مرحلة ما قبل الجامعة، لكونه يعتمد اللغة العربية، ونظام كلية الطب التي تعتمد اللغات الأجنبية سبيلا ارتأينا أن نسلط الضوء على هذا الموضوع الجد الحساس. فالترجمة الطبية تعتبر أحد أكثر مجالات الترجمة صعوبة لاشتمال المستندات الطبية على درجة عالية من التخصص العلمي والتعقيد، وتتطلب هذه المستندات دقة وخبرة للتأكد من الحصول على ترجمة احترافية . إن أهم سمات النص الطبي هي اختلاف وتميز النصوص عن بعضها البعض في نوعية التخصص الطبي نفسه، إضافة إلى التعقيد المصطلحي الذي يعود سببه إلى صعوبة إيجاد المكافئ المصطلحي مما يضطر المترجم إلى اللجوء إلى التهجين، وذلك لتنوع مستويات اللغة وبغية تسهيل التواصل، وفهم النص الطبي على حقيقته الأولى. يقوم المصطلح عامة و الطبي منه خاصة بدور أساسي في سلسلة التطور الذي تشهده كافة العلوم فهو حلقة لا غنى عنها في هذه السلسلة، ولكي يؤدي وظيفته على أحسن وجه، وجب العناية به من ناحية الوضع و ذلك بالاهتمام بدلالته، ومن ناحية الاستعمال وذلك بنشره و تداوله و تعريبه و توحيده. Medicine Preoccupied people’s mind because he is the lifeblood and an important part of his diary, and the term “medicine” has a connotation that makes it synonymous with the normal civilized life in which an individual lives, and it is certain that the simple search in the fields of medicine translation is a worthy topic. Firstly, due to the lack of in-depth studies in this field, and because some of the obstacles that medical students find have become a fearful ghost, due to the difference between the education system in the pre-university stage, because it relies on the Arabic language, and the system of the medical college that adopts foreign languages is a path that we decided to study this important topic. Medical translation is one of the most difficult translations because medical documents contain a high degree of scientific specialization and complexity, and these documents require accuracy and expertise to ensure obtaining professional translation. The most important features of the medical text are the different and distinct texts from each other in the type of medical specialization itself, in addition to the terminological complexity that is due to the difficulty of finding the equivalent term, which compels the translator to resort to hybridization, due to the diversity of language levels and in order to facilitate communication too. The term in general, and the medical one in particular has a fundamental role in the chain of development of all sciences, as it is an indispensable link in this series, and in order to perform its role in the best way, it must be taken care of by paying attention to both significance and publishing, and arabization and unification.
