ملخص: إن العلاقات التجارية الدولية تتجه نحو السعي لإيجاد آلية تكون من خلالها المشاكل الناجمة عن قضايا المنشأ الوطني للسلعة في حدها الأدنى ، حيث أنه لا يمكن إلغاؤها كليا ، وعليه فإن السعي نحو تبسيط الإجراءات التجارية واستقرارها ، وتحقيق الكفاءة في التجارة الدولية مع ضرورة الحفاظ على المصالح الوطنية لكافة الأطراف، يتجه العمل على المستوى الدولي نحو ترسيخ قواعد وأسس تجارية تهدف إلى زيادة الاتساق والتنميط في مجالات التجارة وتبادل السلع . فنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة توضيح أثر قواعد المنشأ المحددة في إطار اتفاق الشراكة الآورجزائري على المبادلات المبادلات التجارية الجزائرية خاصة إمكانية نفاذ الصادرات الجزائرية لأسواق الاتحاد الأوروبي والاستفادة من المزايا التفضيليىة. Abstract: International trade relations are geared toward seeking a mechanism through which the problems arising from the issues of national origin of the commodity are minimal, since they cannot be totally eliminated, so the endeavor to simplify and settle trade procedures is therefore not possible. And achieving efficiency in international trade with the need to preserve the national interests of all parties. At the international level, work is moving toward establishing trade rules and foundations aimed at increasing coherence and development in the areas of trade and commodity exchange. Through this study, we are trying to clarify the impact of the rules of origin set out in the framework of the Association Agreement between Algeria and Algeria on trade exchanges, especially the possibility of Algerian exports to the European Union markets And to take advantage of the virtuous advantages.
