الملخص
القضية التي يدور حولها هذا البحث هي "التحول المذهبي الفقهي والعقدي" أي الخروج من مذهب فقهي إلى مذهب فقهي آخر أو من مذهب عقدي إلى مذهب عقدي آخر. وخلاصته: أن الانتقال والخروج من مذهب إلى آخر وقع فيما تقدم من الإعصار وجرى وما يزال في سائر الأمصار، وحكمه ليس الجواز ولا المنع المطلق؛ بل إذا توفرت ضوابطه وشروطه فجائز وإن لم تتوفر فممنوع، ولا قائل بمنعه إطلاقا إلا متعصب، وهم قلة والسواد الأعظم من الأمة على تردد الخروج بين الجواز والندب والإباحة والكراهة والتحريم، وكل ذلك بضوابطه وشروطه.
