دور وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في تفعيل التجارة الإلكترونية-مع الإشارة لتجربة الجزائر-

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أهمية وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في تنشيط التجارة الإلكترونية مع تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالدفع الإلكتروني وإجراءاته الآمنة، كما عمدت إلى الوقوف على واقع تطبيقه في الجزائر والإنجازات المحققة في هذا المجال، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطور التجارة الالكترونية يرتبط بتطور وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المستعملة في تسوية المعاملات الإلكترونية كما أن هذه الوسائل التي اعتبرت الحل المثالي للمشاكل المطروحة خلقت هي الأخرى مشاكل وعيوب من نوع جديد يصعب محاربتها ؛أما موقع الجزائر من هذه التطورات فهو محتشم نوعا ما،حيث أنها تشهد مشاكل في تطبيق وسائل الدفع الالكترونية وتحسين خدماتها كما تشهد بعض الدول المتقدمة صعوبات في تطبيقها. Abstract: This paper aims to study the importance of electronic payment methods in activating e-commerce, highlight the most important concepts related to electronic payment and its safe procedures. it also examined the reality of its application in Algeria and the achievements in this field, the study concluded that the development of electronic commerce is linked to the development of electronic payment methods used in the settlement of electronic transactions, these methods, which were considered the ideal solution to the problems at hand, have also created problems and disadvantages of a new type that are difficult to fight. Algeria's position in these developments is rather modest, it is experiencing problems in the application of electronic payment methods and improve their services, and some developed countries are experiencing difficulties in their application.
