الملخص
ملخص:تهدف هذهالدراسة إلى إبراز دور إعادة هندسة العمليات في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي فيالمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار (ENTP)،وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية والتميز المؤسسي، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في الأفراد العاملين في مختلف المصالح التابعة للمؤسسة، واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز المفاهيم المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتحليلها واستقراء النتائج، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبيان الذي شمل 32 فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية، حيث تم معالجة 65 استمارة استبيان بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي 23SPSS V، وذلك باستخدام الــعــديـــــد مـــــن الأساليب الإحصائية منها المتوسطات الحسابية و معامل الارتباط و الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تهتم كثيرا بكل من إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، لتنتهي في الأخير هذه الدراسة بأن تحقيق التميز المؤسسييتأثر بثلاث عوامل تتمثل في كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات، التزام وقناعة الإدارة العليا، الاستعداد للتغيير، وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منهاالاهتمامأكثربعمليةالاتصال،وإعطاءفرصأكبرللأفرادفيمجالالتكوينوالتدريب،وتشجيعهمعلىذلك،كما يتوجبالاهتمامبمشاركتهم وتحفيزهممنخلالالاستماعلهموالأخذبأفكارهمالإبداعية،وإشراكهمفيمناقشةالقضاياالمتعلقةبالعملوتحسينالجودة،لأجلتحقيقالأداءالمتميز. Abstract :This study aims to highlight the role of process reengineering in the achievement of institutional excellence in the National Institute of Well Works (ENTP) by looking at the relationship between the re-engineering of administrative processes and institutional excellence. The sample of the study was in individuals working in different interests of the institution, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method to highlight the concepts related to the subject of the study, to analyze them and to extrapolate the results. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was prepared, which included 32 paragraphs to gather the initial information. 65 questionnaires were processed by statistical program 23SPSS V, The study found a number of results, including that the institution in question is very interested in both the re-engineering of administrative processes and the achievement of institutional excellence. Finally, this study concludes that the achievement of institutional excellence is affected With three factors: information technology, commitment and conviction of senior management, and willingness to change. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including more attention to the communication process, giving greater opportunities to individuals in the field of training and training, encouraging them to do so, and paying attention to their participation and motivation by listening to them and taking their creative ideas and engaging them in discussing issues related to work and quality improvement. Outstanding performance.
