الملخص
تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الدور الذي يلعبه القطاع الصناعي في دعم تنافسية الاقتصادين الجزائري والسعودي من خلال مقارنة مؤهلات الاقتصادين في مجال الاستثمار الصناعي؛ ووضعهما ضمن مؤشرات التنافسية الصناعية؛ إضافة إلى عرض ملامح بيئة عمل التجمعات الصناعية في كلا الاقتصادين؛ والاستثمارات الصناعية المحلية والأجنبية المستقطبة؛ وصولا إلى وضعية التجارة الخارجية للقطاع الصناعي الجزائري والسعودي. رغم وجود بعض المؤشرات الصناعية الايجابية على الاقتصاد السعودي، ورغم توفر الإمكانيات الطبيعية والصناعية لدى كلا الاقتصادين، خلصت الدراسة إلى ضعف أداء القطاع الصناعي في دعم تنافسية هذين الاقتصادين مما انعكس في ضعف مساهمته في التجارة الخارجية؛ واستقطاب المشاريع الاستثمارية الأجنبية؛ وتأخر تقييم الاقتصادين ضمن مؤشرات التنافسية العالمية. This study examined the role played by the industrial sector in supporting the competitiveness of the Algerian and Saudi economies by comparing the qualifications of the two economies in the field of industrial investment; also their positions within the indicators of industrial competitiveness; In addition to presenting the features of the business environment of industrial clusters in both economies; And domestic and foreign investment attracted; arriving to the status of foreign trade of the Algerian and Saudi industrial sector. Despite the existence of some positive industrial indicators on the Saudi economy, and despite the availability of natural and industrial potential of both economies; The study concluded that the performance of the industrial sector was weak in supporting the competitiveness of these two economies, which was reflected in the weakness of its contribution to foreign trade; Attracting foreign investments; and lowing the assessment of the two economies in the world competitiveness indicators.
