الملخص
What distinguishes the privacy of the contract of consumption in terms of the parties is the imbalance in the contractual balance between the intervention as a strong party in the contractual relationship, a new term that the Algerian legislator in Law 09-03 instead of the term of the profession was contained in the law containing general rules for consumer protection, And the consumer who is considered the weak party in the contract of consumption due to the imbalance that characterizes this contract, and this characteristic that justify the legal system distinguished by the consumer in the bosom of the law of consumption, which derives its basis from this property, being age to ensure a degree of balance in the relationship The consumer, considering the weakness suffered by the latter.
