الأبعاد الإستراتيجية للمصطلح اللغوي المتخصص ميدان العلوم السياسية نموذجا

الملخص
إن التقدم في المعرفة البشرية ومختلف العلوم الاجتماعية كالتكنولوجيا والاقتصاد يعتمد إلى حد كبير على توثيق المعلومات وتبادلها، وتستخدم المفاهيم التي نعبر عنها بالمصطلحات والرموز، وذلك لتنظيم الأفكار العلمية وجميع المعلومات الأخرى ومع التطور السريع الذي تعرفه العلوم الإنسانية إلا أنه في المقابل يصعب إيجاد مصطلحات كافية تتناسب بين عدد المفاهيم العلمية المتنامية وعدد المصطلحات التي تعبر عنها. ولهذا كله تلجأ اللغات إلى التعبير عن المفاهيم الجديدة بالمجاز والاشتراك اللفظي وغيرهما من الوسائل الصرفية والدلالية خاصة أن طريقة تصنيف المفاهيم والتعبير عنها يختلفان من لغة إلى أخرى ما يؤدي إلى الصعوبة في تبادل المعلومات وتنميتها. ما حتم علينا توحيد المبادئ التي تتحكم في إيجاد المفاهيم أو تغييرها أو في وضع المصطلحات المقابلة لها وتعديلها. وهذا ما دفعنا إلى طرح الإشكالية التالية: متى نشأ علم المصطلح الحديث؟ وما هي أهميته؟ وكيف أثر هذا التطور على مفاهيم ومصطلحات ميدان العلوم السياسية؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات علينا أولا تحديد الفرق بين المصطلح والاصطلاح. The progress in human knowledge and various social sciences such as technology and economics depends to a large extent on documenting and exchanging information; and the concepts that we express in terms and symbols are used to organize scientific ideas and all other information with the rapid development that human sciences know. But, in return, it is difficult to find sufficient terms suitable for the growing number of scientific concepts and the number of terms they express. For this reason, all languages resort to expressing new concepts with metaphor, verbal participation and other morphological and semantic means, especially as the way concepts are categorized and expressed differs from language to another, which leads to the difficulty in exchanging and developing information. As a matter of fact, we should unify the principles that control the creation or change of concepts, or the development and amendment of the corresponding terms. This prompted us to ask the following questions: When did the science of modern term arise? To what extent is it important? How has this development affected concepts and terminology in the field of political science? To answer these questions we must first define the difference between the term and the term.
