الملخص
تعد التجربة الأردنية في مكافحة وباء كورونا- كوفيد 19 من التجارب التي تستحق الدراسة، و هي نموذج مميز لما أثبتته هذه الدولة من مهارة ميدانية في كيفية الحد من انتشار هذا الوباء، معتمدة في ذلك على مجموعة من الآليات القانونية الفعالة، التي مكنتها من إعداد إستراتجية قوية ساهمت في تطبيقها كل مؤسسات الدولة، تحت إشراف رئيس الوزراء و بمتابعة مستمرة من رئيس الدولة. إن تضافر الجهود في المرحلة الأولى و ما بذله المركز الوطني للأمن و إدارة الأزمات، الذي انعقدت على مستواه خلية الأزمة المتكونة من ممثلين عن القطاعات الحيوية و القوات المسلحة، و الأجهزة الأمنية، و قوات الدفاع المدني، لم يكن يتناسب مع حجم تفشي الوباء، و هو ما دفع الملك الأردني لتفعيل قانون الدفاع كمرحلة ثانية تنتهج فيها إجراءات صارمة، و ردعية تتناسب مع الظرف الاستثنائي الذي تعيشه البلاد. The Jordanian experience in fighting the Corona-Covid epidemic is 19 experiences that deserve to be studied, and it is a distinctive example of what this country has demonstrated in terms of field skill in how to limit the spread of this epidemic, relying on that on a set of effective legal mechanisms that enabled it to prepare a strategy Powerful contributed to the implementation of all state institutions, under the supervision of the Prime Minister and with the constant follow-up of the Head of State. The concerted efforts in the first stage and the efforts made by the National Center for Security and Crisis Management, which was held at the level of the crisis cell, which consisted of representatives from the vital sectors, the armed forces, the security services, and the civil defense forces, were not commensurate with the scale of the epidemic outbreak, and It is what prompted the Jordanian king to activate the defense law as a second stage in which it pursues strict and deterrent measures that are commensurate with the exceptional circumstance in which the country is living.
