الصناعة المعجمية الحديثة بين التنظير والتطبيق المعجم التاريخي للغة للعربية أنموذجا

الملخص
تعرف الصناعة المعجمية العربية الحديثة مشاريع نظرية واعدة، وتطلعات فكرية ذات مصداقية علمية رائدة إن هي جُسدت وفق مخططاتها التي رسمت لها، و تضافرت لها الظروف المادية والمعنوية الكفيلة بإنجاحها. ويُعدّ المعجم التاريخي للغة العربية أحد هذه المنجزات العلمية الرائدة في ميدانها التي سيكون لها الأثر الكبير في النهوض باللغة العربية وترقيتها بفعل الثراء العلمي والتنوع المعرفي الذي قُدر لهذا المعجم أن يحويه. فبفضله ستكون اللغة العربية من بين اللغات العالمية الحية التي جسدت معاجمها التاريخية الجامعة بين ماضيها وحاضرها. ولسبر أغوار هذه الفكرة ، والوقوف على معالمها وأبعادها نحاول تسليط الضوء على هذا الإنجاز للنظر في واقع الحال ، وتطلعات المآل. ومن ثَمَ الوقوف على مجمل العوائق والمثبطات التي تعترض سبيل هذا الإنجاز، وطرح البدائل والسبل الكفيلة بإنجاح هذا المشروع وقطف ثماره من أقرب مورد وأصفى معين. The modern Arab lexical industry defines promising theoretical projects, and intellectual aspirations with pioneering scientific credibility if they are collected according to the plans that were drawn for them, and combined with the material and moral conditions to ensure their success. The Historical Dictionary of the Arabic language is one of these pioneering scientific achievements in its field, which will have a major impact on the advancement and promotion of the Arabic language due to the scientific richness and knowledge diversity that it contains. Thanks to its, Arabic will be one of the living world languages that embodied its historical dictionaries that are interlinked between the past and present. In the light of this idea, and to see its features and dimensions we try to highlight this achievement to consider the reality of the situation and the aspirations of the future. Thus, we will identify all the obstacles and disincentives that stand in the way of this achievement, and put forward alternatives and ways to make this project a success and receive its benefits from the most reliable resource.
