Study, Modeling And Simulation Of Photovoltaic Panels Under Uniform And Nonuniform Illumination Conditions

Authors : Boukebbous S.e. . Kerdoun D. .

Abstract

In this work we studied the behavior of the photovoltaic panels in a uniform and non uniform illumination conditions on the module surface. For this a group of UDTS50 PV panels was modeled and simulated under Matlab/Simulink environment toward discuss and compare the external characteristics in the two studied situations. The simulation results obtained shows well the effect of the shadow in a photovoltaic installation, which requires particular precautions in order to guarantee the maximum power possible under all operation conditions.
