تجارب تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في بعض الدول العربية

الملخص

يشهد العالم المعاصر سرعة وقوة وسائل التكنولوجيا والاتصال نتيجة تزايد قدرتها على تبادل مختلف المعلومات واستخدامها، وقد مست هذه التغيرات والتطورات المجال التعليمي بظهور ما يعرف بالتعليم الإلكتروني وإنتشاره خاصة على مستوى مؤسسات التعليم العالي في مختلف دول العالم، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على تجربة التعليم الإلكتروني في الدول العربية وواقع تطبيقها في بعض من جامعاتها، حيث تفاوت تطبيقه من دولة إلى أخرى ومن جامعة لأخرى، غير أنه لا تزال هناك بعض النقائص والثغرات في تطبيق هذا النمط من التعليم الذي يعتمد بشكل أساسي على تكنولوجيا المعلومات في حين أن هناك فجوة تكنولوجية لدى معظم الدول العربية مما يؤثر سلبا على هذا النوع من التعليم. Recently, the world has witnessed the precipitate and robust growth of the technological and communication means resultant from their proclivity to use and exchange miscellanous information. The aformentioned transformation swepted the educational arena in the form of the introduction and dissemination of the e-education (electronic education)- especially at the level of the higher education instituions all over the world. In this vein, this study endeavors to shedlight on the e-education in the Arab countries and the efficaciousness of its implementation in some of their universities; worthnoting is the fact that this implementation varies from state to state and university to university. To this effect, the study points at some of the shortcomings and deficiencies pertinent to the implementation of this type of education that depends primarily on information technology insofar as most of the Arab countires demonstrate a technological flop that inflicts their e-education experience.
