آليات حل المشكلات الزواجية Mechanisms For Solving Marital Problems

الملخص

الملخص: تتعرض الحياة الزواجية لمجموعة من الضغوط والمشاكل التي قد تؤثر على استقرار العلاقة الزواجية واستمرارها، ويزداد الوضع تأزما خاصة في السنوات الأولى من الزواج وهذا ما أكده الكثير من الباحثين في مجال علم الاجتماع الأسري وعلم النفس الأسري لاختلاف التركيبة الفيزولوجية والبيولوجية والخلفية الاجتماعية لكل واحد منهما. وللحفاظ على استقرار العلاقة واستمرارها يجب على الطرفين أن يجد آليات لتخفيف التوتر وحل المشاكل قبل تفاقمها بنفسيهما أو بتدخل أفراد اخر من الاسرتين أو بوجود أخصائي اجتماعي ونفسي للتدخل بالطرق العلمية في فهم المشكلة وطرح العلاج لها. ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك ما لم نستطيع تحديد طبيعة المشكلات التي تواجه الزوجين و حصر أسبابها و عوامل تغذيتها ،خاصة وأنها تتغير بتغير مراحل دورة الحياة الزواجية من بداية تأسيسها الى مرحلة العش الخاوي كما سماها علماء الاجتماع. Abstract: Marital life is exposed to a set of pressures and problems that may affect the stability and continuity of the marital relationship, and the situation is getting worse especially in the early years of marriage and this was confirmed by many researchers in the field of family sociology and family psychology because of the different physiological and biological composition and the social background of each of them. To maintain the stability and continuity of the relationship, the two parties must find mechanisms to reduce stress and solve problems before they exacerbate themselves or with the intervention of other members of the two families, or the presence of a social and psychological specialist to interfere in scientific methods in understanding the problem and offering treatment to it. This cannot be achieved unless we can determine the nature of the problems facing the couple and limit their causes and factors for feeding them, especially as they change with the stages of the marital life cycle from the beginning of its founding to the empty nest stage as sociologists called it.
