الملخص
نعيش اليوم في عصر يعرف بعصر المعلومة حيث مكنتنا تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من تسجيل كميات ضخمة منها على وسائل صغيرة الحجم وسهلة التداول،إذ أضحت من ضروريات الحياة ومن أهم المستلزمات الهامة، فقد سهلت التواصل وألغت الحواجز المكانية والزمنية جاعلة من العالم فضاء تكنولوجي أساسه المعلومة القائمة على وسائل الاتصال، فميدان تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ميدان مبني على ترابط بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال وتكنولوجيا المعلومات مما ساهم في إطلاق ثورة اتصالية ومعلوماتية أبرزت إمكانيات عالية في تواصل مع الأخر وسرعة غير مسبوقة في الإيصال إلى أي مكان في العالم.
