الملخص
ملخّص: نظرا للخصائص التي يتسم بها مجال القانون كونه معياريا وقصريا، تشهد الترجمة القانونية تعددا في تسمية المصطلح أي بنيته الصرفية التركيبية، فنجد للمفهوم الواحد مقابلات عدة، وهو ما يعرف في مجال الترجمة وعلم المصطلح بظاهرة التنوع المصطلحي. ويبدو أن ذلك يعود لاختلاف الأنظمة القانونية وتنوعها باختلاف الرقع الجغرافية. Abstract: Given the characteristics of the field of law, both normative and exclusive, legal translation witnesses a multiplicity in the term designation, i.e. its syntactic morphological structure. As for one concept, we find several equivalents, what is known in the field of translation and terminology as the phenomenon of diversity of terms. This appears to be due to the different legal systems and their diversity in geographical areas. Résumé : La traduction juridique est caractérisée par sa spécialisation constatée sur le terrain. Cette étude met en évidence l’aspect normatif de la traduction juridique qui dépend de la différence qui existe entre les différents systèmes législatifs. Par conséquent, la traduction juridique a connu une variation des dénominations d’un terme pour un seul concept ; Ce phénomène est appelé « Variation terminologique » Resumen: La traducción jurídica se caracteriza por su especialización observada en el campo profesional. En este estudio pretendemos resaltar el aspecto normativo de la traducción jurídica que depende de las diferencias que encontramos analizando los distintos sistemas jurídicos, por lo tanto, la traducción jurídica ha visto una variación de denominaciones de un término jurídico teniendo solamente un concepto referencial, lo que se llama “variación terminológica”.
