الملخص
ملخص لقد أدت التحولات الدولية التي حدثت بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة إلى بروز الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كقوة مهيمنة على مفاصل النظام الدولي، ولكن هذا الوضع ما كان ليستمر دون ممانعة وامتعاض من القوى الدولية الأخرى، فما كان عقد التسعينيات ينتهي حتى بدأت ظواهر هذا التحول تنجلي من خلال سعي روسيا والصين لإعادة التوازن للنظام الدولي، وكان جليا أن هذا التوازن مرتبط بمدى التوافق والتقارب والتنسيق الذي ستظهره الدولتين على مختلف المستويات، وفي مختلف القضايا الدولية، وهكذا بدأت الدولتين في نسج علاقات التعاون من خلال عدة مبادرات أهمها إنشاء منظمة شنغهاي ذات البعد الأمني، وتأسيس مجموعة البريكس الاقتصادية. وعليه إلى أي مدى يستطيع الجانبان الروسي والصيني خلق توازن للقوى والمصالح لمواجهة الهيمنة الأمريكية على العلاقات الدولية؟ The international transformations that took place after the end of the cold war, have led to the emergence of the United States of America as a dominant power in the international system, but this situation would not have continued without the reluctance and resentment of other international powers. The 1990s did not end until the phenomena of this transformation began to be manifested through Russia and China's attempt to rebalance the international system, and it was clear that this balance is linked to the compatibility, convergence and coordination that the two countries will show at different levels, and in various international issues. The two countries have thus begun to weave cooperative relations through several initiatives, the most important of which is the establishment of the Shanghai Organization with a security dimension, and the establishment of the BRICS Economic Group. So to what extent can the Russian and Chinese sides create a balance of power and interests to counter American domination over international relations?.
