مشاكل النرجسية عند المرأة ذات الإجهاض التلقائي المتكرر

الملخص

ملخص تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تسليط الضوء على على التوظيف النفسي عند المرأة مركزين في ذلك على مشاكل النرجسية لدى المرأة ذات الإجهاض التلقائية المتكرر، وذلك بالكشف عن مشاكل الهوية (صورة الذات) ؛ وكذا فحص حالة الإحباط والاكتئاب ،و معرفة مدى عدوانية المرأة ذات الإجهاض التلقائي المتكرر اتجاه الذات. تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي وأدواته (المقابلة العيادية البحثية نصف الموجهة واختبار الروشاخ Rorschach)، حيث طبقت الدراسة على حالة واحدة، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: يتميز التوظيف النفسي النرجسي لدى المرأة ذات الإجهاض التلقائي المتكرر بالخصوصية ومن أبرز مظاهرها هي: تعاني المرأة ذات الإجهاض التلقائي المتكرر من مشاكل في الهوية، احباط واكتئاب، عدوانية اتجاه الذات، بالإضافة إلى وجود مشاكل في التكيف الاجتماعي (العزلة) لدى حالات الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: النرجسية ؛ التوظيف النرجسي؛ الإجهاض التلقائي المتكرر. Abstract In the current study, the subject was the psychosocial employment, focusing on narcissism for women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages, the purpose was, Detection of identity problems (Self-image) in women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages, Examine the state of frustration and depression in women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages, Reveal the extent of the aggression of women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages. in order to test this hypothesis a clinical approach was used, using clinical observation and structured clinical interview and Rorschach test. One case were chosen according to preconditions, the following results have been reached: narcissistic employment in women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages is characterized by privacy, women with spontaneous recurrent miscarriages suffer from problems in identity, frustration and self-aggression, In addition in social adjustment difficulties. key words: Narcissism; Narcissistic employment; Spontaneous recurrent miscarriage.
